Haley Otter joined the Emil Rummel Agency team in November of 2023 as a Personal Lines account manager. She graduated from Northwood University in 2020 with a Bachelor in Business Administration specializing in insurance, risk management and finance. Haley has experience from both the company and agency side of the insurance industry. She obtained her Michigan Property & Casualty Producer license in 2023. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and cat.
