I am a firm believer that modern Valentine’s Day is a phony, “Hallmark holiday”, designed for the sole purpose of separating American consumers from their hard-earned money. The Big Greeting Card industry has been very successful, with spending for Valentine’s Day 2019 estimated at more than $20 billion.
Twenty. BILLION. DOLLARS!
Regardless, February has been dubbed “the month of love”. That’s why our partners at Life Happens created and coordinate the “Insure Your Love” campaign this time each year.
